Field Museum, Ford Environmental Leadership Internship (FELI) Program Supervisor. We are looking for someone who can work 1-2 days a week Feb-May and full time June-August here at The Field Museum. The Internship Supervisor will facilitate the Ford Environmental Leadership Internship, a seven-week paid summer internship for nine high school students.

The Ford Environmental Leadership Internship is designed to help build the environmental leadership skills of a select group of high school students that have been participating in the Calumet Is My Backyard (CIMBY) Program in the 2013 – 2014 school year. Throughout the summer, the interns will use the Earth Force curriculum (www.earthforce.org) to develop a community-action project that addresses an environmental issue in the Calumet region.  During the program the internship supervisor will be with interns to carry out their intern-led project four days a week and have one day a week for program planning.
